Party at Westfall Library June 2, 2013! Happy 50th Anniversary

Join Westfall Branch Library as it celebrates its 50^th anniversary Sunday, June 2. Library and city officials will gather at 1 p.m. to take a look back at the branch’s history. From 2-5 p.m. a children’s area will feature hula hoops, bubbles, Twister, connect the dots and sidewalk chalk art. The Animal Care Services van will at the library offering pet adoptions. A group of hoop dancers will perform during the afternoon and antique cars – many from the ‘60s – will be on display. The Edwards Aquifer will set up a 15-foot-long model of the aquifer. DANA will have an information table there, too. There are many more activities in the planning stages. Come on down and celebrate with us!
